Minimum Requirements

• GM experience (Professional Experience Advantageous) with a provable track record (streams, reviews, testimonials, references, public content, or equivalent evidence).
• Demonstrable rules competence (you don’t need every rule memorised, but you must have strong fundamentals).
• Willingness to run modules or homebrew and create a public-facing document that can be shared with potential players (world map, detailed lore write-up, campaign pitch, etc.).
• Marketable presence (or willingness to build it): a public face through social media, clips, streams, or equivalent. This is not to piggyback on your following; it’s a trust signal for players and a proof of experience.
• Safe table standards: respectful in disagreement, safe in discussion, and dignified in response. No harmful or hateful behaviour.
• Willingness to provide feedback during beta (bugs, usability notes, feature requests).
